I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship demonstrated by Travis and his crew as well as delivering excellent customer service. From the initial planning phase through job completion all aspects were handled professionally. It is important to me that a contractor is punctual and dependable. This is not something you will find with everyone but you will with Innovative Beams Concepts.

We had an issue with the color of our beams produced by the manufcturer and they required being refinished to match our existing woodwork. Travis handled coordinating the rework with the manufacturer and delivered refinished beams that perfectly matched our existing finish. He assured us that he would take care of the issue and he delivered.

We had beams installed in two large rooms. We are very satisfied with the installation. In addition to providing installation, the design consultation  service was appreciated. Leveraging their experience, they assisted with beam sizing, color selection, and installation techniques.

While visiting a friend we noticed they had updated their already beautiful home with faux wood beams, which looked exactly like real wood except maybe better. After seeing them we knew they would be perfect in our own home entry and 2-story entry. We were recommended Travis by our friends.

Within weeks Travis was out to discuss and quote on beams for our home. He was on time, thorough, and very helpful with the process. The beams were ordered and a few weeks later Travis was back with his team to install them. The install went great and they were very neat and thorough.

The entire install only took a few days. Once they were done it completely transformed our home. The beams look awesome and we get compliments on them frequently. Travis was a refreshing change to most of the trades in this area as he did what he promised and did it professionally. And make no mistake about it, installing beams so the fit is correct and spacing just right is not a simple process yet he made it seem that way.

Recently, I had the good fortune of working with Travis Carlson and his team at Innovative Beam Concepts in a large home in Paradise Valley. Their prompt attention, knowledge of product and installation experience is as rewarding as it is rare. From our initial conversation to the very end of the project was pure pleasure. After meeting with Travis, it was immediately clear to me that we could transform plain, characterless spaces by introducing the beams with exactly the right size, layout and finish I had in mind. Providing them with photos of the look I wanted, their professional finisher captured the precise depth and color desired. Upon approving the sample, they went to work to deliver our beams – not only beautifully consistent but, rich and realistic.  The cost of their labor and materials is more than fair considering the incredible amount of work and the amazing transformation of the space when installed. You would be hard pressed to find such a reliable finish product coupled with highly experienced professionals with any other company. 

Travis and his crew are more than willing to work through all challenges, providing total confidence and sound advice throughout the entire process.  Protection of all finish surfaces was provided throughout their delivery and installation – so important for end users – whether the job is for new construction or remodeling.

We have contracted withTravis of Innovative Beam Concepts for three separate projects in our home.  The first room turned out so well, that we had him install beams in two more rooms!  We could not have been more pleased with his work.  He was professional, timely, and very thorough from start, delivery, installation and cleanup. 

We often tackle home projects on our own, but we thought we needed professional expertise to install our beams. Travis made some suggestions about the placement of beams and was very knowledgeable about working around our vents, sprinklers, fan, and speakers. ( There was particular difficulty with this in two of our rooms.)  In the bathroom, he had to work around a huge raised bathtub, which apparently was not a problem for him. Travis made all the beams fit exactly, even with the occasional undulations and imperfections in the walls and ceilings we had. 

Our beam installation turned out beautiful, transforming each room for the look we wanted. The beams look like they are part of the original house.  We have since recommended Innovative Beam Concepts to friends and neighbors. We  make recommendations only if we are VERY pleased with not only the work, but our experience with the installer.
